Our team has managed funds for some of the largest pension funds and institutional investors in Australia, and, importantly, has extensive experience across all major asset classes, including Australian equities, global equities, Australian government and corporate bonds, Australian real estate, and Australian and global infrastructure.

Peter Dedes

Managing Director

Peter Dedes is the Managing Director of Jinding Funds Management and has over 30 years of experience in the funds management industry. Prior to leading the team at Jinding Funds Management, Peter worked as Managing Director of Pindari Capital, providing investment management services to international investors.

From 2000 to 2014, Peter was Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Strategic Capital Management. He has experience in research and portfolio management across a variety of asset classes, including public equities, fixed income, real estate, infrastructure and private equity. This experience was gained over many years as an investment adviser to large corporate superannuation funds that invested across a diversified range of asset classes, including real estate, of which Peter was integral in restructuring during the Global Financial Crisis.

Prior to Strategic Capital Management, Peter was a Senior Portfolio Manager with Ipac Securities and Executive Director of Fixed Income with Prudential Portfolio Managers Australia.

Gerry Pacheco

Investment Director

Gerry has over 30 years of extensive international experience in a wide variety of funds management, investment banking, capital markets and risk management roles, across a diverse range of asset classes including infrastructure, real estate and transportation.

Prior to his role at Jinding Funds Management, Gerry was Head of Risk Management and Research at Pindari Capital. He has a distinguished career as an investment banker and has held leadership roles at Allco Finance Group, GE Capital, and State Bank of India, with global experience gained from working across Australia, Singapore, India, and the UK.

Kasey Wu

Fund Administrator

Kasey holds extensive experience in real estate analysis, fund accounting, fund administration and funds management. Her experience spans both China and Australia, working for Munich Reinsurance, Equity Trading Centre and Boill Funds Management. She has been responsible for fund administration and analysis of real estate development projects during her time at Boill Funds Management in Sydney, and brings this expertise with her to the Jinding Funds Management team in 2018.
