Statement On Fraudulent Property Agent
Australia Jinding Group has encountered multiple instances of fraud and identity theft in the past month. We wish to advise that we are now officially aware that individuals purporting to be employees of Jinding are unscrupulously using pseudonyms to lure prospective tenants to pay bond monies for Melbourne residential properties.

Celebrating Jinding Australia’s First Anniversary
On Monday 16 October, Jinding Australia marked a momentous occasion with the celebration of our first anniversary. To the backdrop of an array of classical music and featuring a delicious Asian, Western fusion cuisine, our valued business partners, special guests and staff joined together in recognition of the achievements Jinding Australia has achieved over the past 12 months.
We had a wonderful attendance and our guests truly appreciated the Jinding hospitality and the beautiful environment of our level 53 reception area and boardroom. Melbourne’s spring weather was at its best and lent for incredible views for everyone to enjoy.
Our first Australian retail office
Jinding Real Estate opened its first Australian retail office on Bourke Street in Melbourne’s CBD on Wednesday 27 September 2017. To the backdrop of a classically trained cellist, distinguished guests and business partners joined staff for a gourmet morning tea to celebrate this occasion. The highlight of the morning was the ceremonial speech and ribbon cutting by Jinding Real Estate General Manager Steven Lai and Chief Financial Officer Luke Guthrie.
The office design originates from the concept of a modern art gallery, to showcase premium apartments, townhouses and land and housing packages across Melbourne, Sydney and the Gold Coast. Project imagery and development models are displayed like exquisite pieces of art to create a truly aesthetic experience for buyers seeking customised service in buying and managing premium properties.
